For primary students, learning to count is more than a classroom activity — it is the foundation for future success in mathematics. The 100th Day of School has long served as an important milestone, helping young learners understand place value and the concept of adding a third digit to numbers. From the very first day of school, students begin tallying, sorting, and grouping everyday objects, building both their math skills and anticipation for the 100th day celebration.

At Trinity Basin Preparatory, campuses marked the occasion with creativity and enthusiasm.

On February 5, students at the West Campus dressed as “100-year-olds,” bringing laughter and imagination to the milestone event. Throughout the day, students participated in hands-on activities centered around the number 100, reinforcing key math concepts in engaging and memorable ways.

South Campus students joined in the festivities with counting, building, and design projects that highlighted their academic growth since the beginning of the school year.

The milestone celebrations not only showcased students’ creativity and energy, but also reflected the dedication of Trinity Basin Preparatory teachers, who work to make learning meaningful and memorable. As the school community looks ahead, the excitement continues for the next 100 days of learning and discovery.
