Parent Communications

Trinity Basin Preparatory uses ParentSquare to communicate with families via email, text, and app notifications. An account is automatically created for each parent using their contact information on file. Parents are encouraged to log in, download the mobile app, and set their notification preferences.

With ParentSquare, you can:

• Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
• Receive messages in real time or as a single daily digest at 6pm
• Communicate in your preferred language
• Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
• Directly message teachers, staff and other parents
• Participate in group messages
• Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
• Send payments, sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device

Real-Time Safety Notifications

Trinity Basin Preparatory uses ParentSquare to send real-time alerts to parents and guardians about violent activity at any campus, facility, or school-sponsored event. Notifications are sent to parents, guardians, and others standing in parental relation to students that are connected to the affected location, while keeping student privacy protected.
