Welcome to your school communications hub. Trinity Basin Preparatory uses ParentSquare to keep parents and staff connected through email, text, and app notifications. Once enrolled, an account has already been created for you so just download the mobile app and update your notification preferences to stay informed. We also use Skyward Q for grades and attendance.
All About ParentSquare
Trinity Basin Preparatory uses ParentSquare to communicate with families via email, text, and app notifications. An account is automatically created for each parent using their contact information on file. Parents are encouraged to log in, download the mobile app, and set their notification preferences.
Real-Time Safety Notifications
Trinity Basin Preparatory uses ParentSquare to send real-time alerts to parents and guardians about violent activity at any campus, facility, or school-sponsored event. Notifications are sent to parents, guardians, and others standing in parental relation to students that are connected to the affected location, while keeping student privacy protected.

With ParentSquare, you can:
- Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
- Receive messages in real time or as a single daily digest at 6pm
- Communicate in your preferred language
- Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
- Directly message teachers, staff and other parents
- Participate in group messages
- Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
- Send payments, sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer and more all from your desktop or mobile device

All About Skyward Q
Skyward Q (Skyward Q Family Access) is a secure, web-based portal that lets parents and students check grades, assignments, attendance, and class schedules, and communicate with teachers. Parents can also sign up for automatic notifications about things like grades and missing assignments, and access Skyward on the go through the Skyward mobile app.
What Is Family Access?
The Skyward Q Family Access Portal allows parents and/or guardians to monitor and participate in their child’s education. They are able to:
- Review grades
- Check schedules
- View upcoming assignments
- Keep track of attendance
- Manage fees and payments
- Access other important information
Making Payments on Family Access
Skyward Q Family Access also makes it easy to pay school fees online, so parents can add money to their student's lunch account and enroll in device insurance from a computer or the Skyward mobile app.
