After-School Care

The West Campus after-school program is offered to all students enrolled at the TBP West Campus in grades PK4-5 from January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026, on Monday through Friday from 3:50 pm to 6:00 pm.

There will be no after-school program on the days when the West Campus is closed for school. The West Campus after-school program is offered to up to 24 students, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• To provide study/homework time.
• To provide an opportunity for free play, reading, and age-appropriate games and crafts.
• To provide supervised play time and recreational activities to enhance fitness.

Enrollment at the TBP West campus is required for a student's participation in the West Campus after-school program. Parents are responsible for making sure that all contact and emergency information is kept current in skyward. 

The West Campus after-school program is subject to the following fees:

$!80 per month per student (subject to proration for partial months)

Payments can be made via Skyward/RevTrak. Monthly fee payments are due on or before the 10^th of each month. Fees are not subject to a refund for any reason whatsoever, including if a student did not attend all or any portion of the after-school program for any reason whatsoever.

West Campus will use the emergency contact information and student pick up information provided by the parent via and available on Skyward.

Students participating in the after-school program must be picked up promptly at 6 pm. A late fee of $10 will be assessed if a student is picked up after 6pm. Students will not be permitted to participate in the following month’s after-school program if such late fee is not paid in full.

The West Campus after-school program will follow the policies and procedures outlined in the TBP Student Handbook, including TBP Student Code of Conduct.
